 Reflective Nostalgia is the debut solo album from Chicago artist Hunter Diamond.

Capturing him as he revisited the landscape of his native North Florida upbringing, Reflective Nostalgia was recorded while an artist-in-residence at the Atlantic Center for the Arts. Diamond uses the site-specific sounds of the ACA amphitheater and surrounding environment to negotiate his past studies of jazz with his current interest in improvised and experimental music. In this document, you'll hear Diamond playing saxophone in conversation with the natural and mechanistic sonic landscape: cicadas and trains, crickets and planes, thunder and air conditioning units.
